In partnership with the CCBA Witherell Recreation Center, New England Sports Park converted underused tennis and basketball courts into a multi-sport facility that supports year-round play. The redevelopment includes two Urban Soccer Park fields and a floor hockey court—an adaptive reuse project recognized locally for its innovation and community impact.

Located in Lebanon, New Hampshire, the project features two Urban Soccer Park fields (60×100 ft and 50×100 ft) and a floor hockey court built on the former tennis and basketball areas of the CCBA recreation center.
Surface & Structure
Durable turf system installed over resurfaced courts with containment netting, rebound walls, and sideline goals to accommodate multiple sports in a compact layout.
Amenities & Facilities
Includes a modified shipping-container clubhouse providing storage, shade, and player access areas, designed to withstand New England’s year-round climate.
Purpose & Use
Created to maximize existing recreation space for soccer, hockey, and small-sided activities, offering a dependable, all-weather facility for the local community.
