Project Overview
The Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA, part of Crossroads YMCA, partnered with Urban Soccer Park to add two 60×100 fields to its Crown Point campus. The installation provides a safe, inclusive, and flexible space for players of all ages—expanding recreational access and strengthening community programs through small-sided soccer.

Designed to meet the needs of multiple age groups and activity levels, this installation emphasized safety, adaptability, and year-round usability.
Site & Scale
Located at the Dean & Barbara White Southlake YMCA in Crown Point, Indiana, featuring two 60×100 ft Urban Soccer Park fields integrated into the Crossroads YMCA campus.
Surface & System
All-weather turf system with rebound walls, containment netting, and sideline goals for safe, continuous play.
Lighting & Amenities
Fitted with LED lighting, player benches, and compact bleachers to support day-to-night programming.
Program Flexibility
Adaptable layout for 5v5 and 3v3 play used by YMCA members, local clubs, and youth development programs.
Timeline
Completed between May and October 2021 as part of the YMCA’s campus expansion promoting recreation and wellness.
