Project Overview
Donnelly College introduced its first on-campus mini-pitch by transforming unused space into a 50×80 Urban Soccer Park field. The project enhances student life, provides a home for club sports, and creates a shared space for students, staff, and dorm residents to play, train, and connect through soccer.

Built within a compact urban campus, the Donnelly College mini-pitch required careful integration with existing pathways and dorm facilities. The 50×80 field was engineered to deliver consistent play quality while preserving open circulation across campus.
Site & Scale
Campus-based installation in Kansas City, Kansas featuring a 50×80 Urban Soccer Park field built on previously unused college grounds.
Surface & Design
Durable turf system with futsal goals, rebound walls, containment netting, and a custom center-circle logo reflecting Donnelly College’s brand.
Infrastructure
Installed over a stabilized base with built-in drainage and modular wall components to support long-term use and simplified maintenance.
Purpose & Use
Designed to host club sports, PE sessions, and open recreation, providing students and staff with a central hub for connection through soccer.
Timeline
