Limited Soccer Access in Manheim
Despite being the hometown of a world-class player, Manheim had no safe, dedicated spaces for small-sided soccer.
Local kids traveled long distances for training, and opportunities for free, unstructured play were scarce.

THE SOLUTION
Pulisic’s Vision, Brought to Life
Through his foundation, Pulisic partnered with Urban Soccer Park to install two 50×80 modular mini-pitches — inspired by the courts he trained on in Europe. Opened in June 2021, the fields give kids safe, year-round access to the game.
Pitch Features:
European-Style Play – Small-sided design to build skill, creativity, and confidence.
Safe & Accessible – Netting, lighting, benches, and street goals for year-round use.
Inclusive Access – Open to all ages and skill levels, from clubs to pickup play.

Pulisic’s vision was bigger than building fields. He wanted to give kids the chance to develop technical skills, creativity, and confidence in the same way he grew up playing in Europe.
