Work with city leaders, park districts, and recreation departments to bring Urban Soccer Park facilities to public spaces. You’ll activate underused land, expand access to sport, and help cities create lasting community impact through small-sided soccer.
This role combines business development, relationship building, and purpose-driven work with measurable results.

Partner with athletic directors, educators, and administrators to develop on-campus soccer facilities that promote student wellness and school pride. You’ll guide schools through the full Roadmap process — from planning and funding to design and activation — ensuring every project supports growth and engagement.

Collaborate with local nonprofits, foundations, and youth programs to create soccer parks that empower communities through inclusion and mentorship. You’ll work with mission-driven partners to design and deliver facilities that foster participation, equity, and connection.

Work directly with club directors, coaches, and associations to design high-performance small-sided soccer facilities. You’ll help organizations improve player development, enhance training environments, and grow their programs sustainably.
